BRIEF - Create a tone of voice guide for VanMoof. From scratch.
SOLUTION - Through talking at length to people across the entire business, deep-diving into the brand’s strategy and making sure to look forward (as well as back), I created a cohesive tone of voice guide from scratch for VanMoof. Once signed off, I then held tone of voice workshops for different departments across the business.
