Brief: From the CEO of a huge hotel chain to a family running their own little B&B, Booking.com wanted to show their accommodation partners that they truly valued what they did for their guests.
Solution: We asked customers if anything incredible happened when they stayed at a Booking.com property. And we weren't prepared for what we got back. From heartbreaking to heartwarming, this beautiful story of connection in the midst of chaos was crowned our winning story.
