​​​​​​​Brief: From the CEO of a huge hotel chain to a family running their own little B&B, Booking.com wanted to show their accommodation partners that they truly valued them going above and beyond for their guests.
Solution: We asked customers if anything incredible happened when they stayed at a Booking.com property. And we weren't prepared for what we got back. From heartbreaking to heartwarming, this beautiful story of connection in the midst of chaos was crowned our winning story. As well as being celebrated as a Booking Hero, the partners were also gifted with €25,00 worth of travel so they could experience the world themselves.
